She spends a lot of time talking to you, so why don't you take the chance and ask her. If you don't say something, you'll never know.

This is only my opinion, I do believe she has feelings for you otherwise she wouldnt spend all that time talking to you.
She told you that she can not tell you if she has feeling for you. I think she doesnt want to get things complicated because she has a child with someone else. You didnt say anything if she loves this old man or not. Not enought detail, why did you move, and didnt keep in touch with her?
If she is in love with this other guy and has a child with him, please leave her alone you had your chance.
