I realise I was wrong and I just want her back...

A male United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

It's been three weeks since my ex and I broke up. In the time apart, I've learnt to appreciate my freedom and I've realised how wrong I was to put so much pressure on her. I should've understood her wanting to settle into uni. I made things work for a year when I was at uni because I wanted to. We're friends now but she's cut me out of her life so quickly! Does she still care? Surely you don't just stop loving someone? How did she move on so fast? I'm trying to move on but I can't! I just want her.

Apologise. Beg. On your knees. And mean everything you say. Then you might have a chance. Not guaranteed, but nothing in life is without risk.
