This girl could be stringing you along. or she could be a girl who can't make a decision. And although you love her she really may not want to face this decision yet.
How old is she? Perhaps she wants to be older before she finally makes such a momentous decision. Perhaps she might like to complete some studies.
Maybe she might even like to see you complete some studies and demonstrate a longer commitment to her before she feels able to agree to this long term commitment.
Does she still talk to you? See you? If yes, then there is hope.
But if she avoids talking to you and avoids seeing you then it might be good to take a break away from her.
A commitment to become married need never be rushed. For once you are married there is a long time to contemplate, especially if you make a mistake.
