Sex will hurt for the first few times, eventually it will stop bleeding and hurting. You can contact HIV from oral sex or "'sucking penis" as u put it... of course your partner will have to have HIV in order to pass it on. your best bet is for u and Ur partner to be tested for STD's ... so u both can relax if u are both clean.

It may hurt or it may not the next time you have sex, it varies with each person so you will have to find out for yourself. If he's very slow when he first puts his penis in, then it should barely hurt at all. Also, always make sure he wears a condom if you don't know for sure whether he has any sort of STI's.

You probably just need to have an experienced man the next time, being someone who understands sex with a virgin (or otherwise tight or small person) which typically should be gentler and accomplished with patience. Man should spend a good deal of time increasing woman's arousal, preferably with cunnilingus (oral sex with tongue and lips) along with gradually increasing fingering - simultaneously at times. When (and if) this loosens the vaginal opening adequately, penile insertion should be very gentle - and just a little at a time. He should insert just the tip and stop - allowing you to relax - then slowly insert a bit more at a time. The vagina is very flexible and will expand to comfortably accommodate even a large penis if the man knows what he is doing.
