We did everything as intended before but, it just didn't seem to work. Now all I can do is say sorry. He said not to be sorry, I was bound to worry and he loves me no matter what. I just feel like an idiot.Is this normal and has anyone got any advice :/x

I think you're just thinking it over way too much. Just kind of go with the flow, and it will too ;-)
If you use lube, remember to use a water based lubricant so that it won't deteriorate the latex of the condom. Also, sometimes condoms have a harder time fitting in, so don't get worried thinking it's your fault.
You'll be fine. When it's meant to happen, it will.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 March 2009): totally normal you are not a wuss sex first time hurts for girls. when i lost mine we did it unplanned. which is better because the more you plan the more you worry the tighter you are.
1. make sure you always have condoms a spare in your purse/wallet and some in your room.
2. foreplay does help but it is going to hurt whatever you do. Have you got some lubricant? might make it less painful for you.
3. It takes 3 times before it feels good. first time it hurts a lot but you just have to get on with it, 2nd time not so much and its a bit more comfortable. 3rd time its the best thing you have ever felt.
Don't get scared, don't worry let it happen naturally. because it will happen for you.
