writes: Hi, i have a friend and her mum came over the other day to pick up some washing my mum washed for her while here washing machine had broke. My friends mum and dad are split up though and while i was in the room she told my mum something about what her dad did. I got told not to mention it to my friend then i said something about it so i had to tell her the rest..., the next day she asked her mum and her mum told her something completely different. Now today, for a joke i said 'you have a memory of a gold fish' and she replied back with 'you hear things wrong!' and she told me the story about the thing with her dad, what i said above^, now we have fallen out as i have said i don't want to talk about it. We are only young- pre-teenages. So i have no clue what so ever, do i say i heard it wrong? (even though i didn't) and she will just keep reminding me of it over and over again or what? please tell me what to do!
