please not there are two types of orgasm, vaginal and clitoris, and it looks that you are having clitoris orgasm while having vaginal stimulation, most women only experience that type of orgasm.
my advice is to try change the angel of penetration during doggy style, and make him try to hit your g-spot.

 Think of it this way, would your husband have an orgasm if his penis wasn't being stimulated? Your clitoris is the equivalent to his penis. I think lots of people assume it is the vagina that is equivalent, but actually, that would be more like his scrotum.

If you like the 'from behind' position, you could try to stimulate your clitoris yourself then and see if that helps.
As for the white discharge, you might want to double check with your gynecologist that you don't have a yeast infection, which is a very common thing that virtually all women experience at one point or another.
