So I'm assuming (as the moderator note points out) that you're talking about obtaining erections and ejaculating when you're doing anything sexual. Sounds normal to me - especially for a boy your age.
Many boys - when they reach a certain age often obtain erections for no reason at all. It's a normal stage of male sexual development and doesn't mean anything really. It just means you're able to obtain erections and are almost physically ready for sexual intercourse. Emotionally ready is something totally different.
Ejaculating is normal too. Simply put, your girlfriend turns you on so much that you ejaculate! This can be scary to some boys as they aren't sure what's going on with their bodies - but I can assure you that there is nothing wrong with you. You're getting really aroused and ejaculation is the peak of your arousal.
If you want to stop this you might consider not being around so many good looking girls (just kidding). Seriously, try masturbating at least once a day (if you haven't already started masturbating). Masturbating to ejaculation helps the body rid some of the sexual tension that builds up - allowing you to MAYBE not ejaculate when you're with your girlfriend (I say maybe because it could still happen. You're young and your hormones are kicking into high gear which is causing you all your problems).
If your girlfriend asks why this happens to you - just let her know it's because you think she's so hot and she turns you on.
But this does not mean you two need to start having sex! Got it. Wait for sex. Until you're married. It will mean so much more.
Hope this helps.
