I asked my boyfriend if he could see it and he said nothings there.Any clues as to what this is?

If you have a lump you need to see a doctor to confirm that it's nothing major.
Don't be scared, it's probably a cyst or an infected hair or something not serious but you need to see the doctor to figure it out.

If you have a mysterious painful or even not painful lump you need to go get that checked out by a doctor. We cannot possibly diagnose something over the internet! Please go to a doctor to be sure.

Go and see a doctor NOW! no-one here can tell you what it is, but it is better safe than sorry. It may be nothing like a cyst, but it could be something more. Go to your doctor now, and tell them what you have said here, and get it taken care of.
