At your age, lasting 5 - 10 minutes inside a girl is probably longer than most guys can manage!
Has she said this is a problem? If so, you should make sure she climaxes before you slip into her. Or have her bring you to orgasm (with her hands or mouth) early in the foreplay, so you can be recharged when she's ready to receive you. And yes, having her on top not only helps most guys last longer, but it helps her achieve orgasm easier.

unless you are a person of the judaism then i would not even consider being cicumsised, firstly at your age not only would it be painfull but complication would set in and you may never get an erection again, the only thing i can suggest is for you to go easier, slow down a bit and learn more self control then you may be able to perform a lot better, because you do not want to spoil it for you gf.

next why no forplay? thats the best bit for both partys in many cases also many women cant climax with penatration

good luck and remember forplay and if you shoot your load a couple of times doing that you should last longer on the main game anyway but remember that good old advise CONDOMs
and saying that durex make one i think is called performer which numbs the penis a bit making you last longer. i think mates make one as well but dont know what its called
