First Q - there are a lot of ways to spice things up, and every couple is different in what works for them. You could role play, introduce food like whipped cream and chocolate, try adding some toys into the mix, use a lube to change the experience (some add sensation), etc. There are so many options, but it can still be a bit of a challenge to keep things lively.
Second Q - the pill is not 100%, but if taken as instructed it is pretty close to 100% effective. While my ex-wife was on the pill we had sex on a very regular basis, and I'd almost always finish inside of her. In 10 years she never got pregnant while on the pill. Many couples use the pill as their primary means of birth control and it is quite effective.

hello there,ok i am no sex expert but i had the same problem with one of my relationship, i know exactly what you mean 5 years is a long time after a while things are not as exiting as they use to be. ok what you can try is....
try to have sex at another place,what i mean is you said you tryed diffrent positions right?but it's not the position that matter,if you guys do it on the bed all the time change it to the sofa or floor or car,''i have even done it in a fitting room'' not that much comfertable but soo freasky and hot,lol thats what makes it exciting.
and 3nd question NO,if the girl is on the pill and even if she wernt she has to be ovulating. HAPPY SEX LIFE.lol
