I think the easiest thing to start loosing weight is to change what you drink.
-No carbonated beverages, no juices, no hot-chocolate.
-Tea & coffee are okay, but no sugar.
Most importantly, get yourself a good quality water bottle, keep it full, and keep it with you as much as possible. If you are drinking small amounts of water throughout the day, you'll consume fewer high-calorie drinks, and it will actually reduce your appetite.
Get rid of carbonated beverages, and get used to drinking lots of water. Then you can move on to try changing other aspects of your eating/exercising habits.

Calories in calories out. The more you eat than burn off you will gain weight. Generally woman are to eat about 2000kcals a day. For every 500kcal that is 1lbs. Reduce your sugar intake and excersize more if you dont wanna change your eating habits.
