Eat a healthy, and balanced diet! Drink lots of water and do lots of exercise.
Do not stop eating or crash diet as you'll do yourself more damage than its worth!

Losing that much weight that fast is really bad for you. Crash dieting sets you up for rapid weight loss and gain, and ends up making it much harder to lose weight again in the future. I suggest you take a look at your lifestyle overall:
- Eat a balanced diet of unprocessed foods with plenty of fruit and vegetables
- Do some kind of sport or exercise regularly
- Be careful to make sure you have a realistic view of your own weight. It's easy to think you are fatter than you really are. Most girls would like to be thinner than they should be to be healthy: not surprising with all those images of skinny models everywhere. Italy I've noticed is particularly bad for that!

Hi there, I know that wieght can be a struggling thing but if you want to loose wieght fast we are talking about a lot and I mean a lot of exercise a day. and try the raw food diet. I will tell ya what that is: On the raw food diet you eat raw vegetables, fruits and nuts. The nuts should be raw and not roasted/salted and you may want to eat them in moderation. Yet vegetables and fruit you can practically eat all you want. I typically, eat one or two big salads per day and 12-20 pieces of fruit and 2-4 handfuls of nuts. Also, you can season your salads with olive oil, fresh garlic, lemon juice or anything else as long as it is in it raw natural state. Furthermore, I try to drink at least one gallon of distilled water per day.
Additionally, you will notice that you have more energy.
All you need to do is follow the above and you should lose weight unless you have a serious underlying medical problem. Let me know if you have anymore questions. and good luck.

It's not healthy but go to an all tea diet. or water.
Atleast take a multi vitamin though. oh and do tons of jumping jacks, or running, anything cardio intensive.
