Are the living quarters that seperate can they invite who they wish to come live with them on the ranch? What is the salary, estimated? I know that housing is included but if the ranch helper moves from the ranch would he be paid a little extra to compensate for the room and board he was giving up? Any and all input is greatly appreciated, so if you own a ranch and employ others, or ever worked on a ranch as a live-in or left at the end of the day or simply know anyone with these experiences, please share. I think you need to look for another web site, dear. Looks like we're fresh out of cowboys at the moment.
