I need the father of my daughter to give me what he's owe for her

Question - (30 June 2007) 1 Answers - (Newest, 30 June 2007)
A female United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

My daughter's father gave me a money order for $19 ($15 for child support, $4 for medical bills). I never felt as insulted in my life. He showed me his pay stub to show me how much he gets paid. Which I could care less. All I want is for him to pay his share of all expenses that has to do with our daughter and pay me what I have already paid in full for our daughter.

I am so tired of his "BS". He cries over the phone then the next day, he text messages me saying he's sorry for cheating on me, etc and then he says it's all an act? He harrasses me at work about medical bills, harrasses me about who I am apparently dating, etc. But then he has someone who I feel sorry for, she doesn't know what she's in for. Something is wrong with this man. He can't be alone. I don't care what he does just leave me alone.

He said take him to court and I already have, twice. Both cases I won. He also wants to give up his rights to me, which is a blessing. I have recorded the message to give to my lawyer to prove he wants to do it.

How do I go about making sure he leaves me alone?

chrissy32789 agony auntHey hun, The way you can keep him away from you and stop bothering you is when you see you lawyer again tell him that you would like to get a pfa against him, which that means he cant go so far near you and he is not to call or talk to you and if he does he would be put behind bars. But just talk to your lawyer and the lawyer can help you go on about this... Good luck to you and your daughter.
