And I also do eat some bad food if I have the urge. I have been with my bf for about a year and I know that he is more attracted to the thin, fit types of women. He has once or twice made comments about my size but generally tries not to talk about it. We get along fairly well in most other aspects of our relationship and we still do a lot of things together. Our sex life has definitely been lacking and I know its coz of my weight. Don't go saying that maybe it is because of other reasons because I know for a fact that it is because of this. I cannot make him attracted to fat. I want to lose this weight for me and my health. I am not happy like this.. I hate it and it affects me and my life but I also hate the fact that it is affecting me and my bfs relationship too. What is the best way too lose weight?? Say a kg a week. So far I have started going to the gym. Doing a gym class in the morning and other days i might do some xtrainer and rowing and weights. I have started eating porridge with honey in the morning, salad with whole egg mayo for lunch but tea i have eaten a few different things. I just need some help with some tips!

One of the best things that you can is something I think that you do understand and that is you still have to eat. Plan out healthy meals ahead of time so you don't run into temptation to eat any junk food.
If you're looking to lose weight you want to stick to workouts that get your heart rate up. Weights are good too and they will help to sculp your body and give you more muscle to been calories with. I don't really have any specicfic tips but you could talk to a trainer and a nutritionist. It may cost a bit but they can set you up with good plans to lose the weight that you want to.
It's good to hear that you aren't just doing this for your bf although sometimes that motivation is what is needed.
The main thing i want to leave you with is don't give up no matter what. If the weight doesn't come off as fast as you want it too don't give up because it will work.
Best of luck to you.
