reader, anonymous, writes (29 May 2011): My guess is that she either didn't notice, did notice but wasn't sure what she felt, or else did notice and did not mind. All of those are good. The only bad outcome would have been noticing and acting weird or uncomfortable about it and that didn't happen.

 I don't know about other girls, but I barely notice if a guy has a hard on when Im rubbing up against him. Especially if she's not experienced with it, and knows what it feels like, she probably didn't put much thought to it.And, if she's like me, she'd just be flattered if she felt it.
