My husband and i had been trying to get pregnant for a year and I never got pregnant. Then when finally said if its meant to happen it will happen, so when we had sex we did it for pure pleasure.
also my husband had his sperm count checked and found out it was low and he had to refrain from ejauction for at least a week to get his count up in order to impregnate me so waiting and having sex on ovulation days helped us to get pregnant

Try this thought, an advice i share to my friend who is now 8 months pregnant. So' take out all stress, dont think and dont wish to have a baby, keep your brain and spirit free thinking, think happy, eat good food, lots of vegetables, fish any good food. here is important, take vitamins. Vitamins group of B specially FOLIC ACID... you can search in the google what folic acid can help to. 5days after mentration is a good time for having sex. put a pillow below you after he cum,let him stay at least 2 minutes on top. other's thought or idea is not bad, you can also research some more in the internet. I wish you good luck, i feel for you, i know how hard you are wishing now. but make your self not too stress by wishing this. just relax. It will come... Good luck...

Its unlikely that you can find anything that will be completely cost free. The cheapest ivf cycle I have heard of in the States is $6000 for 2 attempts. Also consider foreign options like India, Kenya, Israel, South Africa who start at about $1000 for the cheapest options for the exact same technology. Ofcourse the travel is another cost factor. Another option you could consider is signing up for a clinical trial on new experimental ivf techniques with various fertility clinics. Or you could donate some eggs to a woman who wants to conceive and instead of being "reimbursed" for costs, you could ask that doctor to do ivf for you on the same fee paid by the egg recipient. Just contact several ivf clinics and enquire what options are available for low income earners. I have also read that you health insurance can cover the cost and for those without insurance, you can get terms from the clinic and pay over a number of months instead of all upfront.
