 Everyone has their own talents, and yours may not be writing, but I think if you really thought about it and fashioned something yourself, it would be much more genuine and heartfelt than the borrowed words of any other. Write about her greatest attributes and then conclude it all by saying that she is your one and only.
Anyway, some of the other aunts will probably be posting some good writing if you really can't, just a suggestion
