writes:hi,I'm 15 years old,and I have this online boyfriend. We've been "dating" for 2 and a half years now. He's from U.S. and I've never met him before. He's 17 years old,and he will be coming here this year after he graduates from highschool. I've talked to him on the phone several times,and he is mostly the one who calls me,but he makes sure he asks that its okay with me that he calls. I've seen pictures of him,and he does look 17. I really,really like this guy,but he told me he's been to jail,cuz apparently he's a gangster,and I don't really believe if he's really been to prison. So if he's been to jail,can he still come live here in Canada,just so he can be with me?? I like him so much,he's super nice to me,and he's amazing. Everytime he gets online,he would talk to me and say "I love you" and he said he wants to be with me for the rest of our lives. My parents know him,and my mom has heard his voice over the phone.  If you really want to meet this guy I urge you to bring your parents with you. Or at least one of them. Although he might sound 17 and has sent pictures there are voice changers or his voice might just sound like that. Please if you very much want to bring your mom with you. Also if you really don't want your mom meet at a very very public place. Do not go meet in the back alley of a McDonald's in Toronto or something. Also... Consider this...What if you fall in love with him. I mean you fall really hard for him... And than he has to leave back to the United States... Than you might cry every night cause you cannot see him or anything. Guys do take advantage of girls no matter if they meet in person and face to face or on the internet. If you want to have sex remember you should have at least 1 type of birth control preferably 2. I don't want you getting pregnant or any STI's. Let's say that it all goes well and he stays in Canada... It would be statutory rape when he turns 18. So just remember all of this. Pm me if you need any help. [:
