okay so summers coming and im on to high school and i want to change. hears how i am now: im VERY shy, skinny and bony, unconfident, selfconscious, NOT very popular, and i fall for guys too easily. i know that the only wayt o fix all of that is by making myself what i want to be to start off my weight , what i want to do is gain about 15 lbs and thats it cause i currently weigh 100. i do not want to drink ensure or boost cause they are too expensive and right now i cant afford that. i want to see if there is some powder i can pour into water and drink it but i dont want to gain mucsles i just want fat.by fixing that im automatically fixing my self consiousness and unconfidence and skinnyness obviously. but what can i possibly drink to put on weight in approximately 2 months? anything? please tell me a brand or something that has worked for you. i want to finally fill my jeans properly. btw i want a big butt! any advice on that?

Well, it's not actually that hard to put on weight if you're eating enough, unless you have a metabolic disorder that is.

To gain weight safely, you should only be putting on about 2lb every month. To do this, you need to consume approximately 350 more calories than normally on a daily basis.

NB: You should really see your doctor before you try to gain weight, but if you just want to do it yourself, here is the information. But you do it at your own risk.

Use the nutritional information on the back of food packaging to find out the calories in a serving, then eat a variety of things to make up 350 calories (kcal or cals). You need to eat these 350 calories of food as well as what you'd normally eat.

If after 2 months, you haven't gained any weight, you should definitely see your doctor - they will be able to give you better advice about weight gain and might be able to shed some light on why you're struggling with it.

You shouldn't try to gain 15lb in 2 months, it isn't healthy. You need to be patient with it.

As for your bottom, you can't really control where you put on weight. You'll just have to live with what you get.
