I agree with EVERYONE else. You need to see a physician and have some blood work done. It almost sounds like something is going on with your liver... jaundice, pain in your abdomen, perhaps a vitamin K deficiency (thin blood).
This is NOT an STD. Go to a professional. Do not ignore health issues. Find out what is going on ASAP.

Red spots - acne, meningitis, pimples, allergic reaction, chicken pox, cholera etc.

I'm not sure this is a STD. It does sound like you have a serious disease, however. The "yellow skin" suggests jaundice, which can be due to hepatitis (which is also a STD). Go see a doctor now!
