Both my parents Have jobs so I told Them if they fix the car I will pay them back with my first pay check. When I had job I offered my dad the amount to pay for the car for school. Because I graduated, I have no kids, I'm barley hangin out with guys. I don't do drugs and I help my parents with everything They ask me to. But they wont fix the car but their screaming @ me saying I need to be in school and working, comparing me to their friends kids That work And have jobs. But they HAVE A CAR!!!!! The only job I can Get is part time @ this nice mall next month. But I would have to take 2 buses their and 25$ back by taxi plus I will have to pay my own cell phone bill. I pay Have now. That's too much for me. I can't do that... my dad was yelling @ me saying take a bus but what about school? My school is also 2 buses there And back. I don't know what to do, That's the closets school to me. I did 15 other apps That are near my house but no luck. Its always something not right for me. Than my mom says can't your best friends give u a ride to school? They supposed to be YOUR friends?!!? But were going for different things. I can't follow in behind of Them for a ride to school. I ask my dad could he come pick me up sometimes after school he says no! So what do I do? I Really don't know. I don't Have a boyfriend so I can't Get him to pick me up. Do I take the job? I start school when my financial aid gets processed but I'm so scared. I don't know what I'm gonna do?? I just want to give up sometimes, I'm thinking of everything I can do. They both keep yelling @ me and its getting me down.

Good luck kiddo, you'll work it out. And though the pay and hours suck, you'll enjoy working at the mall (well not around Black Friday).
Welcome to the real world, it only gets tougher from here on out!

Once a week is better than nothing. Looks like you're going to have to utilize public transit to get where you need to be, or walk, until you can save up enough for a car. I'd also advise ditching your cell phone..getting a car is important at the moment.

And I could start the end of September but that's not happening. And I can only catch a ride with 1 of my friends once week. Her other classes are @ another school a little more out.

Do you even have your driver's license?
Well if you don't have a way to school, besides public transportation then I would be switching to afternoon classes so you can hitch a ride with your friends.
College has already started for the Fall. So this must be Spring semester we're talking about here, which you have plenty of time to get a job and save $ to fix your dad's car. You're making it more complicated than it already is, chill. It will work out.

But the mall is the only place that's hiring right now. My mom don't drive, She hasn't drove in 25 years. And my dad won't come and get Me. I was gonna go to school full time and work part time. But I don't know anymore. I can't get my friends because They go to different schools or They Have afternoon classes. I want morning. The only thing I can think of is a student loan because my classes are coming up very soon. And my mom says She understand but behind my back she saying I need a job asap! But how? I Don't Have no way What so ever... my mom don't Have a car because she can't/don't drive. I had to pay my cousin To teach me but He stopped answering his phone once He got a girlfriend .. ugh

I also want to add if the mall job is the ONLY place that will hire you, since jobs are scarce in this rough economy, then you're going to have to ditch the cell phone and save whatever $ you have leftover from your paycheck towards getting your dad's car fixed.
ONLY take this job as a last resort and you're making more than what you're going to pay in transportation getting there and back. If literally all of your paycheck is going to the cab ride and bus fares then it's not worth it to take that job.
But I cannot stress enough about getting a job closer to your home..
Mall jobs pay minimum wage, crappy hours, and you get tiny yearly raises. Also if you work at a clothing store in the mall, you've got to factor in what part of your pay check is going to pay for your unofficial uniform. I do know most of those places do NOT require you to buy their clothing, but the clothes you wear have to look close to the brand you're representing. So even though a mall job sounds glamourous at 18-19, it's not all what it's cracked up to be.
GOOD LUCK!

Mall jobs don't pay squat. So if you started working there your $ would be going to transportation to get there and maybe have enough for your cell phone bill. You wouldn't have any $ leftover to save for a car or to get your dad's car fixed (assuming he's going to let you drive it). That mall job isn't worth taking.
If you want a car or to get your dad's fixed then you're going to have to get a job. But since you don't have reliable transportation now, and that's one of the things that hiring managers will look at, you need to find something closer to where you live. Perhaps in walking distance, bus, or if your parents can drop and pick you up since they're the ones making you get a job.
Start by finding a job closer to your home, then have a chat with your parents that until you get your dad's car fixed first, you will need some sort of reliable transportation to get to and from school and work. So you can get to your classes and not mess up your financial aid or lose the job they want you to get. If they don't agree to help you out, then I would take the bus or walk to work, or start giving one of your friends gas $ to take you to school.
I'd also ditch the cell phone because it's a luxury you can't afford at the moment. Get your dad's car fixed so you can get around, then the cell phone if you can afford it.
