I have sore boobs, frequent peeing, feeling sick [not being sick] and no period, and 2 positive first response pregnancy tests. I have a Doctor's app on Monday so I'll ask this then too but I just want opinions.I have period like pains, and I heard this could be a sign of a miscarriage but I also heard it could be my womb expanding. I'm so confused and scared because I have decided I do want this baby. Also what will happen at my first Doctors app?Thank you so much. I hope you don't think I'm stupid :(.

First of all, relax. It's ok to be scared and afraid for you babys health, but you're a young and healthy woman, and besides, billions of women have become pregnant before and the vast majority of those pregnancies went pretty well or elso we humans would have died out long ago ;-)
Do remember, the doctor is there to help you. He won't condemn you or tell you that you're a bad person. (And if he does, get the hell out of there and find another doctor!)
What will happen is that the doctor will talk to you about how you feel. He'll tell you something about the things that will happen and the changes you'll go through over the course of your pregnancy.
Don't be afraid to ask if you have any questions, your doctor is there to help you and give you all the info you want.
He'll take either a blood or a urine sample from you to make sure you're really pregnant and likely also to do some other general blood tests to see if you and your baby are ok.
He'll propably want to make a sonograph. That's a picture made with ultrasound. It's completely harmless, the "worst" part of that will be some cold jelly stuff he'll put on your belly that conducts sond waves, and then he'll press some kind of instrument against your belly, that's basically just a speaker and a microphone for those ultrasound waves, so don't be afraid of it either.
Maybe he'll also do a standard gyn examination, just like those your ob/gyn has done before.
I hope I could answer all of your questions. I wish you and your baby all the best. I'm certain everything will turn out just fine, and both of you will have a happy and fulfilling future.
May [insert you deity of choice] bless you.
