Personally, I experienced similar symptoms and, like you, I was concerned I might be pregnant because of the times I would forget to take my pill. I now have a contraceptive implant so I don't have to remember to take my pill and it lasts for 3 years. It still sometimes gives me side effects that are similar to pregnancy symptoms but I have piece of mind because I know I can't be. I know a lot of people are put off by the implant but, if you're not put off, I'd recommend looking in to it.
If you're worried about being pregnant, there is only one way to find out; you need to do a test...unless you wanna wait 9 months and see if anything pops out.
Seriously though, good luck and I hope that, even if my advice doesn't help, someone can help you.

If you don't know how to use the pill properly then you might as well not take it at all. If you think you are pregnant do a test, either at th GP or from the supermarket.

The burrowing sensation has been felt by a lot of women who find they are pregnant. Go to the doctor and get tested.

Most likely you started having one of these "fake" menstruations that the birth control pill gives you. And then you got a hormone disbalance because you suddenly took two pills.
Im on the Microgynon too, I love it when I get questions on the same pill as I use, because then I definitely know what to answer! But I also hear a lot of ugly rumors that depending on what country you are in, the descriptions of how to use the pills vary! Here in Norway, we are not encouraged to take two pills after we miss one. After we miss one pill, they say we have to start eating them again as usual until the end up that pill-board, but it will take 8 days before you are protected again, so in the meanwhile you have to use a condom in addition to eating your pills.
There's a chance of pregnancy here, but I don't think that the symptoms you are experiencing are because of a pregnancy, more likely they come from the hormonal dis-balance or something you ate. However, you missed a pill (one missing pill is all it takes) and if you had sex with your boyfriend within the 8 days after the missing pill, you had unprotected sex. Hence a chance of pregnancy. What you do now is to buy a pregnancy test and take it from there on.
