It is very unlikely. You can take the morning after pill for 2 - 3 days after so get to a pharmacy as soon as you can. Try not to worry.

I am not sure if you can go out and just buy a morning after pill but I am sure it is effective up to three days. It is best to discuss such concerns with a medical practioner.
Go see your family doctor and address your concerns with the doc.
BTW...if I miss a day I can usually take the missed pill the next day with the other pill and still be "okay". If you miss more than two days...you keep taking double doses until the pills are done and wait to start the birth control after you have had a cycle which is usually the Sunday after you start your menstrual cycle.
All this can be best explained by your doctor as the doc will be able to ask all the right questions so that the doc can make a better, medical, knowledgeable opinion.
Taking the missed pill and the pill of the next day doesn't distrupt your cycle. Taking the double doses will ensure that there is little to no risk of pregnancy as it will "bring on" your cycle.
The morning after pill is a hormonal dose that brings on your cycle within a few hours to a few days.
Please go to your family doctor.
I am by no means a doctor and so therefore take my advice or any other's advice lightly.
Take care.
