You are seriously underweight.
How did you make him promise not to tell anyone? Did you lie and say that it wasn't what he thought it was? Did you promise him that you would get better? Whether you lied or used other manipulative ways or not, this is being very unfair to him. You have put him in a situation where he knows that someone he loves is dying and there is nothing he can do to save them because he promised. Don't be surprised if he breaks his promise, because he cares for you.
Find someone to talk to about this. Eat fruits and vegetables, along with protein. Maybe eat out once a week or once a month. Stop depriving yourself.
Eating disorders are more than about just being thin. There are many psychological reasons and thoughts tied to these destructive behaviors. If you are not one of those people who can just tell yourself to shut up and do what you need to do, then you may need the help of a psychologist to get rid of these thoughts that are making you not want to eat. Drink lots of water too. Water is also found in food, but since you are not eating, you are not getting the water that is in food. Water has no calories.

Oh dear! Yes, it sounds like you have a an eating disorder!
and yes you should tell somebody, whether it be your parents, a teacher, etc. You need to tell somebody.
Chances are, you cannot overcome this all alone, and it sounds like you want help, so get yourself some.
I feel sad for the anybody who think being stick thin - is a beautiful thing. It is not attractive, being healthy and happy is!!
Please do not shove your fingers down your throat because you don't think you are beautiful the way you use to be!
Go out and grab some mcdonalds - don't be ashamed of who you are.
Take care
xx
