writes:hi, im realy confused because ive recently had sex for the first time, we didnt use any protection at the time and i know it was wrong and i regret it but im scared a might be pregnant, and im too young to have a child, i had sex on the 20 of december anda my period came around the right date the 1st of january ( i dont usually have regular periods ) i had it for around 5 days and it was normal. however i just come on again in the same month around the 24/25.. i released the egg both times, but in this last period i the last 2 days the blood was realy dark almost black, and because it came so quick after my last period im scared i might be pregnant!!! please help

I dont think you are pregnant, you have irregular bleeding and the black blood is actually very dark red I would book an apointment with your doctor, here is a link to help you hunny.

reader, anonymous, writes (31 January 2008): ok firstly dont worry, I honestly dont think it sounds like your pregnant, its normal for periods to be really irregular, im assuming your quiet young and this is completely normal and can be for a few years, if your mind isnt going to be at ease get a pregnancy test, no harm can be done by this. and honestly you really shouldnt have had sex without protection, and the guy was just as irresponsible.At least you know for next time though, I've been in this situation before its a horrible feeling but you've only got yourself worked up about it Dont worry I dont think your pregnant, good luck xx
