I think you should stick with the partner that you are with now, it sounds like you have got something good going on there. He has fallen in love with you, and your feelings are getting stronger for him. Sometimes in breakups somepeople can't bear to see there ex partners happy and dating someone else, and creates enormous feeling of jealousy. You don't mention what your ex lied to you about, but he did it 4 times, and were obviously big enough lies for you to finish the relationship. So if he lied to you 4 times, then the likellhood is he will again. Stick with your new guy, and treat the relationship with you ex as a chapter in your life that has passed, water under the bridge so to speak, and get on with you life. Over time he will come to accept that you have moved on, and will himself, hopefully!!!.
Take care, and good luck x
