Is there anyway to divorce without money? And also if the wife doesn't want to get divorced? I married the wrong person and I just want her out of my life, but because she gets so many benefits with me I guess she doesn't wanna go back to being broke. Is there anyway to get her out of my life without an expensive divorce? Whats the cheapest way?

Well if you didn't get a prenup then she may get something....and if you have kids then she is definitely getting something.... other than that just try to get an annulment or just go and talk to a legal expert... like the others advised.

rcn agony auntIf you haven't been married long, you can seek an annulment. You can get divorced pro se, without an attorney. This generally works better if she's willing to sign the papers. I'd ask an attorney. There are some you can talk to who will answer your questions at no cost.

You'd have to speak to a legal expert. But since you signed a legal contract to love and provide for someone, if you break that contract then you are going to have to pay something.

Good Luck!! xx
