I love my boyfriend very much! I plan on having a future with him and I'm not leaving him. The problem is that I'm close to my ex- boyfriend's family. I've known them all my life and they are like my own family.

My friends are over at their house all the time hanging out and having fun! So natualy I'm over there all the time as well. And obviously my boyfriend doesn't like this. I understand why. He wants me and him to have nothing to do with them anymore.

The question is, should I keep doing things with them because they are so close to me? Or should I respect my boyfriend's wishes and stop seeing them?

immuno agony auntIf I were you (and I'm not) I would continue my friendships with the family but I would include my new boy friend in any excursions. I don’t think I would actually hang out at the house any longer but would rather do some things in a more public environment. If this still bothers him you might have a tough choice to make but at least you were willing to compromise. Good luck!
