Maybe she was just curious, needed some affection and to feel attractive to somebody. We'll never know unless you ask.
But I can help you out of your confusion: You need to end it.
Reasons why:
1) She's married (to a guy)
2) She says she loves him
3) She doesn't love you in a sexual way, which means she only sees you as a friend, while you "love her to bits".
If you go on with this, her marriage will be in danger, but okay, she's a free person. But on top of that, she'll break your heart, because you'll develop feelings for her and she'll leave you alone again, to stay with her hubby.
Take some distance and time from her and look for a lesbian/bisexual woman who loves you also in a sexual way.
