Ive been dating my GF for over a year and past couple months she haven't gave me any affection and we ve been repeating same things everyday,school, talk at break go home and text. and ive been VERY irritated and tired of her these days. couple of weeks ago we had a argue about how im not happy and i wasn't treated like a boyfriend and she said she will change but i still feel the same. and i want to move on but i just cant break up with her i love her and i dont want to hurt her.

Moo's Mum agony auntThere's really no way you can get out of this without some amount of hurt I'm afraid. All you can do is be honest and tell her what you have told us. She needs to hear how you feel. This may be enough to make her take a good look at herself and if she doesn't then she's not the one for you.
