I've got a bit more discharge than usual, but it doesn't have a strange scent or color. I'm wondering if I was just allergic to the latex in the condom/the lube on the condom, or if it's something that I should see a doctor about.

You need motherly advice. But I'll do my best to fill in. A little itchyness is common when the body is healing. Keep the affected area clean. Just clear water will do. Tell your boyfriend to stop buying those cheep novelty condoms, and invest in the major brand ones. If you do have a latex alergy you shold have reactions any where else you touched it. If that is the case there are non latex condoms but they are not as safe and additioonal contraception is advised. Hope that helps and isn't too embarasing. FA
