writes: Istarted liking this girl that i grew up with in church about my freshmen year in high school. Well of coarse i talked to my best friend abuot it. Well about two months after he asked her out. Yeah i am still friends with him but i also am still in love with this girl and we are very good friends we commute to college together and i have the greatest time with her. We flirt all the time but i think its just messin aroud. Well my friend treats her like crap he convinces she is the one who is wrong everytime they get into it and well she comes to me for advice. Well this last time he convinced her that she has been a bad girlfriend when he should be thanking god for her everynight. Anyway i have also been told that he has been cheating on her from several different people what should i do please help

 I think the first thing to do would be to talk to her and see how she feels. Would definetly be worth knowing how she feels about the relationship and the may be you can advise her on what to do.
I wouldnt suggest saying about him cheating, it would by all means be the right thing to do, but you dont have proof just knowledge and she may not believe you and end up dislikeing you. How ever I would question your 'mate' about it and find out if he is cheating on her, and then deal with him.
But you are doing the best thing by being there for her, sure enough when it blows up and she finds out about him, she will be turning to you for comfort. Just look out for her mate.
