Unless he sits on your bladder bulge and he has AIDS, then there is no health problem with full bladder sex. If you have a pleasurable orgasm, by all means have intercourse that way if you want to, but perhaps only once or twice a week. Short term full bladders do not cause a back up into the kidneys nor will it cause bladder infections.

 Hey darlin. Trust me, you don't want to be doing this!! Have you ever heard of the honeymoon disease (honeymoonitis)? This is also known as cistitis. It is an infection of the bladder. When you have sex, and have a full bladder, you may let out a little bit of wee and the penis will push it up causing infection. This is soooo painful. Trust me (I got it when I was 15 in school). I had to be sent to Tesco to get cranberry juice. lolAnyway, I'd suggest not doing it because it hurts.
