I like this guy I know and want to talk to him, and maybe let him know, but I have no idea how to approach him, any ideas?

he is also always surrounded by allies.

I have already done all that. I have tried every trick in the book but he won't approach me. Dang it! I guess I have to resort to giving him my email address. Any more ideas?

Or get someone who is a mutual friend to pass on your email adress so you can chat online.
