writes:Hiya :) ermm if u can give me anyyyyy advice i'd reallllly appreciate it because i'm really conufused and i don't know what to do :( well i'm 17 i really like this lad who's 18 :) i've known him along time, bout 6 years actually :) we've both always been fond of eathother but i really like hm more than a friend lol i think he knows this and i was told a while back that he liked me :) but nothing happened :S so i can't tell if he really does i was at this party on saturday and he was being lovely :) he was slow dancing with me and he kept looking at me (so my friends say) and attemtping to grab my hand...but he wouldn't for some reason :S he's really hard to figure out, one minute he's lovely to me the next he's quite cold and never speaks to me :S it's been like this for a while now, he's kissed me but said he was drunk which upset me lol :S alot of things have happened with us 2 and i still reallly like him :( trouble is he's just left college, it was his final year :( i won't see him much, but he told my friend, he would go out with me if we weren't in the same college...but he's gone now so i really don't know, i want to tell him how i feel, but hi'm scared it won't be returned :( thanks alot for helping me out :) xxx

 Hey there- yeah, know what that's like! There's really only two ways to go here and you sound sensible enough to know what they are! either you tell him how you feel and risk it or you don't and will never know. maybe it's cos I'm older but I'd go for it and tell him. Why? Cos he sounds like a shy type who won't say how he feels cos it could backfire, a bit like me! And anyway, life's too short! best of luck- hope it works out!
