The girl I do like has said she feels bad and stuff cos of her friend and I dont know what to do, should I try and completley cut myself off from her so I dont ruin their frienship, because I really like her, or any other suggestions?  Tell the friend you aren't interested in her, and then be very patient. Once the friend starts to like someone else, approach the matter discretely, by either approaching the friend, or have the girl you like approach her friend and ask how she'd feel if you were to hook up with her. Until any approval has been given you should stay clear of each other. That is, if she and you value the friendship and want to do this the nice and quiet way.
Or, you can just start dating and let the friend get over herself because she doesn't own everyone she likes thats not even her boyfriend or ex. But, ignoring the friends feelings will surely cause drama and problems with the friendship...

okay i have a suggestion,
if these girls are friends then if this woman you like, likes you to, then this is what should happen. ask her to maybe tell her friend her feelings for you, and ask wether she can maybe have a go at catching you. but if this girl of yours refuses then theres not much you can do, friends are very important to us girls 3 xxx

I don't mean it in a bad way, but would you want to wonder what it would have been like to date her.. If you don't, than you could end up with her friend and that's not right since you don't like her. I mean you should tell her friend that you don't like her like that, sure she'll be hurt but there will be someone just right for her along the road.
