 If he has a girlfriend then there is nothing you can do - just leave him alone and move on. Regardless of how complicated their relationship is, they are still together and you dont know what is really going on - so back off and let him be.
If he already has a girlfriend then he cant have 2 girlfriends, and chances are he wont break up with her for you so he is not a good option for you. Leave him alone and move on, there are plenty more single guys out there!
