writes:I Need Help In My Love Life.Theres this boy in my year at school. I really like him and have done for about three months. I don't know him very well but he thinks I hate him. I asked him out the other day and he turned me down. I know I need to get to know him better but I dont know how because if I go down and talk to him everyone that hangs around with him will take the mickey out of me. What should I do?  Do you have any classes with this guy? If so, why don't you study together....maybe at the library or other place. Try to talk to him when he isn't with his other mates. Buy him a soda, candy bar, ect as a peace offering..or something that he likes. Just be patient, he will come around eventually...so don't give up!!

As for when you asked him out and he rejected you was he around his mates? If so that'll explain why he said no. If not then maybe he thought that you were taking the mick.

Perhapse find out some of his key intrests before hand, do some research to trigger him to talk to you. For exaple if perhapse his favorite football team is chelsea, wear a chealsea t-shirt to school and see if he says anything,
I'm sure he will start communicating better if you talk about him, all people do!
