maybe the reason he puts you down is because you are wanted by many? He doesnt want you to flaunt your breasts because he is scared of losing you? He sounds like a bit of a twat to be honest.
I cant tell you if your boobs are saggy or not because I havent seen them.. but im guessing you are sisteen, so they probably arent. Dont worry about it soo much. He is just being insecure and a bit of a knob. If that doesnt work, talk to him about it and tell him it hurts your feelings. If hes still being nasty about it, then to be honest, I dont think you need him.
