My friend asked him what he thought of me he sid he hd strong felings for me but he just doesnt know if their relationship or friendship he said i was cute but right now we need to stay friends until he figure out his feelings. Do everything you can to get ahead in school projects. This is your time to map out your future. You're young, too young, to be concerned with adult like relationships. At this age you are treading dangerous waters. My first relationship was after high school, which I am so thankful for. I got to watch and learn from my friends making these mistakes in school about boys, and "love". Trust me, later in life, you will have the upper hand and advantage to this love game if you just WAIT!

It's obvious if your friend asked him his thoughts about you - that you are interested. I would assume he got the hint, so ball is in his court. Flirt, but let him make the move.
