I'm pretty sure she likes me too, but because she is married I don't know if she would risk that if I became more forward than just exchanging a couple of smiling looks during the day. Get to know her better as friends and if she feels the same, she will find a way to let him down gently. She has a lot more to lose, perhaps she needs to be sure your feelings for her are genuine.
