 you are so young and just becoming "curious" about the opposite sex. you've got forever to get with girls and do the whole dating thing but you only have a couple of years left before you aren't a child anymore and your childhood is gone.
speak to this girl, tell her you like her and does she fancy being mates, once your friends, you can determain if she likes you or whatever.
but don't be in hurry to grow up!
