I was in love with a girl for the last one year and due to her backgrounds i felt like leaving her. I told her that i've already got hooked somewhere else but she insisted that she will not leave me, she will continue loving me. Could you please advice me on what i can tell her to stop loving me since I am ready to marry someone else?

Laura1318 agony auntYou cannot stop someone from loving you .Go to her and tell her straight in her face that you do not love her anymore.

Some girls want to hear personally from your lips and then their love for you will die.

The other way is to completely ignore her and cut her off. Don't talk or chat up with her.She becomes history.

Just make it plain to her that you are over and that you are to marry someone else. It may take time but if you keep saying it then she should get the message. Change your phone numbers and even move but get her out of your life before she causes chaos.

take care

You can't tell some one to stop loving a person. They have to do that themself. It may take weeks or years. My ex was ringing and contacting me constantly for the best part of a year after we broke up.

All you can do is to keep out of her way, avoid going to places that she knows you will be like pubs/bars/restaurants etc, change your telephone/cell numbers so she can't ring/text you.

You often have to be cruel to be kind in these cases. Tell her you don't love her that you are marrying someone else.
