I think almost everyone has made a fool of themself at some point or another due to alcohol. I would give her a call and convey the fact that you feel horribly about your actions and that you've learned your lesson (and MEAN what you say). Chances are she doesn't really hate you. She's probably hurt/embarrassed/angry/fill in the blank. If she really liked you before your drunken debaucle she'll probably be willing to give you a second chance. Good luck!

Rebecca Batchelor agony auntSay sorry repeatedly to her. Say you didn't mean to act like a complete idiot and that you really like her and would she give you another chance. That's about the most you can do apart from grovelling! The rest is up to her. If she decides she does want to know you again, just make sure you don't repeat the same mistake again!
