 Don't worry about it, I'm sure he didn't mind at all. Actually, he might have liked that you did that =)
If you have reason to think he didn't like it, tell him that the kiss meant for the cheek turned into the lips accidentally. Make a joke about it, or pretend it wasn't a big deal.
