writes:For the past 2 years, i keep thinking about my cousin. I like him soo much!! i have fantasies from dating to sex. He's my 3rd cousin and he was adopted. And everytime i see him, i get nervous and i always want to be around him. Sometimes, i catch him staring at me or just the way he acts makes me think there might be something there. I really like him and cannot get him out of my head. I want to tell my mom but she might not approve because of what he has done in the past. How can i get him to notice me or like me? it's driving me insane! And how can i tell my parents that i like him?

Since you said he's adopted, it sounds like he's not blood related, so this would not be incest. What you could do is just starting hanging out together and suggest to him that you and him go places together and hang out, especially if he doesn't have a girlfriend. Then you could pursue things with each other in private. But what kind of things has he done in the past that your mom would not approve of? It sounds like she may have a reason for not wanting you to be around him, especially if he is older, because she's afraid he might corrupt you. Also, on the outside chance that you have sex with him, insist that he use condoms, and if he won't, then you should refuse to have sex with him, because having a baby would throw your life into turmoil. You don't want that at age 14.

 if you would normally tell your parents that you like a guy then tell them but if you wouldn't don't. Your not related properly so he's just like some family friend, flirt with him if you talk to him more he will pay more attention.hope that helps...xxx

 It sounds like you really have some feelings towards him. The only advise I would give, is to talk to someone, like your mum, I'm sure she will understand, just explain how you feel. After telling someone, letting it out and thinking about it, you may change you mind.
