We use condoms and everything but he pulls out and takes it off at the end and leaves his sperm on my belly. Will I be ok if I wipe it off right away? Sometimes some of it gets very close to my vagina. Can it get inside me? Please don't call me stupid. I just want to know if I worry for nothing.

It can only get inside of you if he's not careful where he shoots it. It's good that he's using a condom and pulling out. You just need to make sure that he doesn't shoot it onto your vagina, because then you have a problem. Wipe it off, you'll be fine. If it makes it onto the vagina, those sperm are good little swimmers, but they're not great in oxygen. Still, if you feel that he's failed miserably and shot off where those little sperm have access to a wet, warm route to inside of you, definitely get a morning after pill to assure that you're pregnancy-free. But, provided he's containing his cum to your stomach, you shouldn't have any problem.
Why not go get yourself some birth control so you don't have to worry about pregnancy?
